Member-festivals of the Association, and the Provincial Association itself, may forward nominations for this award to the Board of Directors of Performing Arts B.C. The nominees must have displayed outstanding abilities and dedication to the performing arts festival movement in British Columbia, either at the local or at the provincial level. The Board selects the finalist(s) who receive a certificate at the Fall Conference & Annual General Meeting.
