The 2008 National Music Festival was held August 14 - 16 in Edmonton, Alberta.

BC had 3 solo winners and 6 choral winners!!! Timothy Chooi placed second in Strings, Kirsten MacKinnon, third in Classical Voice and Devon Joiner, third in Piano.
